From January 1, 2026, the practice will also be connected to the e-card system – for example, prescriptions can be saved directly to the e-card.
Unfortunately, as a private doctor, I cannot bill the health insurance company for telephone inquiries via the e-card system; accordingly, I charge a fee of EUR 30 per year.
My practice in Graz is wheelchair accessible – an elevator provides convenient access to the practice rooms, and patient parking is available in the underground garage directly in the building.
Appointments can be easily scheduled online or by phone. Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A cancellation fee of €50 will be charged for short-notice cancellations or no-shows.
As a private practice (Wahlarzt), i do not have direct contracts with Austrian public health insurance providers. You will receive an invoice (Honorarnote) for each visit, payable in cash or by debit card.
We are happy to submit your invoice to your health insurance on your behalf – up to 80 % of the official tariff will be reimbursed.
If you have private supplementary insurance, it usually covers the remaining balance.
The amount of your invoice depends on the services provided and the time required.
You are welcome to bring a trusted adult with you to your appointment. Children are also welcome – except for prenatal diagnostic examinations, as these usually take a long time and children can easily become bored and restless. In these cases, I reserve the right to dismiss the fathers and their children into the waiting area.
