§ 1 General Information on the Processing of Personal Data

§ 3 Automated Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

§ 7 Matomo

  1. This website uses the web analytics software Matomo (www.matomo.org), provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in analyzing user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes. Cookies may be used to create pseudonymized user profiles. Data collected (including anonymized IP addresses) are processed on our own servers.

  2. The data collected with Matomo will not be used to personally identify visitors and will not be merged with other personal data.

  3. You may opt out of this data collection at any time. If you do so, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, preventing Matomo from collecting session data. Please note: deleting your cookies also removes the opt-out cookie, which you may need to reactivate later.

§ 8 Sendinblue

  1. This website uses Sendinblue for sending e-mails and newsletters. Provider: Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Sendinblue organizes and analyzes newsletter distribution. The data you enter for newsletter subscription or contact purposes is stored on Sendinblue’s servers in Germany.
